For Wholesale Buyers
The Arizona Flower Collective hosts a weekly wholesale market. To purchase, you must register for a wholesale buyer’s account on the Rooted Farmers platform. There is no cost to register as a wholesale buyer. Once you are signed up with Rooted Farmers, you will be able to connect with the Arizona Flower Collective hub and see what products are available each week.

Payments
Credit card payment information is required for when placing pre-orders on the Rooted Farmers platform. You are not charged for your pre-order until the order has been picked up - which allows for add-ons and changes to your order. Any orders not picked up by market close will be charged at the end of the day.

How can I sell through the Collective?
We welcome new growers in our Collective. By selling with us you will tap into an easy and convenient sales system and a wide network of dedicated buyers. As an interested grower, we will first walk you through our criteria for growers to make sure it’s a good fit, and then orient you in the process for listing, selling, delivering orders and receiving payments. To sell through the Collective, you must join Rooted Farmers as a seller, which requires an annual subscription fee.
Growers selling through the Collective must meet the quality standards expected in the wholesale market for stage of harvest, stem length, bunch size, etc. We are happy to help you and point you to resources for these standards. Growers who wish to sell through the Collective should have at least one year of experience selling flowers wholesale. We encourage our growers to follow sustainable and regenerative farming practices. Widening our circle of participating growers helps support and preserve more Arizona farms and provides greater selection and volume of product for our buyers.
